Élodie Benoit is doing a master’s degree in geography on adaptation strategies implemented by or for women affected by environmental migration in Saint-Louis, Senegal. Her research topic is in continuation with her bachelor’s degree project, which drew up a portrait of family migration strategies in the context of environmental change in West Africa, and more specifically in Senegal. Following on from this project, her master’s research will address some of the blind spots found in the literature.
